Other influential figures at court

Travelers

Ambassadors, trade convoys, and other travelers from the Arasterian Empire and beyond visit Heelis regularly.

Commerce

Merchants, bankers, and leaders of the trade guilds all play key roles in the kingdom’s economy. Reda exports metals and minerals and imports food, fuel, and other commodities.

The dwarves of the powerful Commercial House of Barradar are important traders and investors whose convoys link larger cities with goods from remote areas such as Kalash.

The Miners’ Guild is the largest trade guild. The workers from the new refineries in Heelis are emerging as a powerful faction within it whose interests sometimes conflict with those of the miners.

Artists and entertainers

Court entertainment is provided by bards, minstrels, fools, jesters, poets, painters, and more.
