The Goals of Great Wyrm

  • Create a fully on-chain game that uses smart contracts as the basis for engaging gameplay offering a wide range of mechanics and scenarios.

  • Allow players to explore both the economy of the fantasy world (based on mining, crafting/metallurgy, and tournaments that demonstrate the quality of the crafted items) and the ‘economy’ of leveling up social and character assets (experience, influence, abilities, items) for use in role-playing adventures.

  • Create and demonstrate tools for game masters in Great Wyrm’s player community and game designers working on other web3 projects.

  • Use these tools to allow our players to explore mines, meet dragons, fight trolls, fend off hostile emperors, and win renown for their exploits, their valor, and their wit.
